Cask (Guide Dog,Southampton) - Copper brown in colour. Malty and fruity aroma. Malty with a lightly hoppy taste with some fruity notes.

Cask-conditioned at the Raven, Bath 18/5/08. Chestnut brown with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of fruity malt and grassy hops. Easy drinking with slightly sweet fruit and nuts malt followed by some citrus hops in the finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with a small white head. Malty bitter aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweet malty bitter hoppy flavor. Long bitter finish.

[i] Cask at the Alexandra Arms, Derby, 08-09-07. [/i] Mid brown,fruity bitter nice lingering bitterness, good hops finished dry, tasty but nowt special.

Bottle from Asda, Long Eaton: Pale bronze colour with a long lasting creamy head. Fresh citrus aroma, sweet malty taste with hoppy finish.

Cask handpull at Notts BF 05. Chestnut colour with lasting off white head. Good malt/hop mix. Smooth in mouth, nice nutty malt finish. Touch of spice. Good beer.

Cask. Dark, red brown colour with a creamy head. Malty, slightly toasted flavour. It has a kind of acidic bitterness.

[Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy nut-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet fruity combined with notes of nuts - but a bit on the light side. The flavor is sweet and very malty and with powerful notes of toffee and nuts, leading to a dry bitter and slightly roasted end.

Cask@Newark Beer Festival. Amber beer with a stong head. The aroma is lightly hopped and flavour is malty and lightly hopped. Overall a plain beer.

(Cask) Slightly hazy amber. Creamy 1cm head. Nose of caramel, caramelized malts, Maillard. Strange off-taste, like mouldy malt. Caramel. Meaty-yeasty. Light to medium-bodied. Just OK. Uninteresting. Brewer ought to reinvent the brewers' fork - or another way of heating his mashtun.
