For the re-release, we brewed with well water, Texas-grown 2-row barley, malted spelt, and Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless with our mixed culture and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Cashmere. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned. 6.8% abv.

Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Golden yellow pour with white head. Medium sour tart fruity with notes of lemon zest, some floral and light herbal action, tart fruity into the close.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Almost clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fruity floral nose with some buckwheat. Dry with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Edgy and soapy. Subtle flavours are totally lost when the malt base is this rough. Perfumy resiny finish. Low drinkability.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Cloudy golden, small white head. Yeasty aroma, light citrus and spice. Slightly harsh bitterness, yeast and light citrus and spice. Finishes bone dry.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, bitter, bitter hops. Don’t really know what else to say about this. Clean, but a bit boring, yet not unpleasant. Don’t really get though why this is a sour/wild ale.

Hefig trockener Antrunk mit intensiver Bitterkeit. Diese könnte zwar einen sauren Eindruck vermitteln, was aber nicht zutrifft. Daher eher langweilig und sehr trocken, Brett, Brett, Brett. Nja. 12/7/7/8//7

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, flowers, hops, grass and has a nice sweet malty finish.

Bottle, 4.3%. Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, phenols, little burned plastic, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, phenols, little burned plastic, little sweet, little dry, spices, hop and medium bitter.
