Next, we decided to take our famous seasonal Christmas Bomb! and age it in whiskey barrels because nothing says Christmas like cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, Spaceship Earth coffee, ancho chiles, and WHISKEY.
My kids leave this beer out for Santa every year, and SANTA IS VERY PLEASED ABOUT IT.

At RBBest. Pours pitch black with a typical brown foam. Aroma is sweet vanilla, some barrel and also spices. Body is heavy, super sweet and doughy, christmas spices, boozy and intense. Long boozy palate, works well. Tasty and doughy throughout. Great!

Bottle thanks to Jared. Pours black with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong cinnamon, roast, dark chocolate, wood, vanilla. Thick body, chewy, roast, cocoa, cinnamon, nice sweetness, boozy finish, very impressive.
