Next, we decided to take our famous seasonal Christmas Bomb! and age it in whiskey barrels because nothing says Christmas like cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, Spaceship Earth coffee, ancho chiles, and WHISKEY.
My kids leave this beer out for Santa every year, and SANTA IS VERY PLEASED ABOUT IT.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Black with not much head. Massive cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, chillies, light whisky, floral, marshmallows, allspice. Solid sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied, oily feel. Nice.
Dark black body small foamy off white head. Spicy chocolate cinnamon roast caramel fruit aroma. Spicy caramel fruit cinnamon roast vanilla chocolate flavor. Full body moderately low carbonation. 9/5/8/4/18 4.4

Black with a large foamy brown head. Whiskey, floral hops, cocoa and. A hint of smoke. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied.

12 ml bottle. Pours black with no head. Aromas of Christmas spice, chocolate syrup, vanilla, subtle whiskey, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with good balance on the spice, quite a bit more whiskey and a little more chocolate nougat. Farm finish. Excellent.

12 oz bottle. Pours an opaque black with a small tan head that quickly disappears. The aroma is big and bold with mulling spices, coffee, chilis and cocoa. The taste has chocolates and mild coffee in the forefront with spices and chilis filling in the backend. The palate is full and oily with soft carbonation. Finishes long and sweet with lingering spices. Overall: Decent bomb. paired well with some gorgonzola and capicola on toast.

2024 bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep brown to black with almost no head. Big Christmas spice nose (think clove, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon) with warming whiskey on the nose as it warms. Palate is similar with dark chocolate, coffee and chili peppers as it warms. Warming whiskey throughout. Great stuff!

12oz bottle. Pours black with small tan head. Aroma is very rich; chocolate, chilies, cinnamon, vanilla, coffee. Flavour has intense whiskey barrels, chilies, cinnamon, and chocolate; a bit boozy on the finish. Mouthfeel is nice and smooth with gentle carbonation. This is really nice, contains sweet and boozy character without being dominated by either.
Prairie still got it going on, churros dipped in bourbon, tasty!
