Sample from trade with Sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of mellow apple, fruity, funky. Taste is fruity apple, tart and fleshy, alittle skin and core, with leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared at home. Slightly unclear golden with white head. Sweet apple juice with nice woody and tart countryside funk, very soft and fluffy hairy feel. Quite sweet and also dry. Soft peppery crunchy yeast and dry tannins. Medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Fermier on 30 Sep 2019 at 00:16 - Score: 8

Bottle shared at and thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with a small ring of bubbles. Sweet apple, light funk, light tannins and apple skin, soft sweet lemon candy, fresh spring flowers, apple pie. Solid medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Solid medium dry. Very nice!
