Baltic Porter with plums created with our Polish friends AleBrowar. Dark color with rubin relfexes and an exuberant red fruits marmalade, caramelized sugar, molasses and soy. Finish reminds of black bitter tannic tea and gives it a unique taste.

Pours black with a large creamy head.Nose shows roasted malt, liquorice, bready malt, chocolate and soft plum.Flavours include roasted malt, cocoa, liquorice, toasty malt and soft booze.

On tap at Pudel, Tallinn. Black with a rather modest, beige head. Roasty aroma with notably fruity notes, guess it the plums, hints of chocolate and sugar too. Sweet, fruity and roasty, but still fairly balanced. Alchohol is well integrated and it’s surprisingly easy to drink. Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel and licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel and licorice finish.
