Baltic Porter with plums created with our Polish friends AleBrowar. Dark color with rubin relfexes and an exuberant red fruits marmalade, caramelized sugar, molasses and soy. Finish reminds of black bitter tannic tea and gives it a unique taste.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, caramel, sweet dried fruit, plum. Flavor is light sweet, roast malt, licorice, little salt, sweet dried fruit, plum, alcohol. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 010516

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus as "BrewFist Baltic Freak", 11%. Almost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, notes of butter, hop, caramel and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, notes of butter, medium sweet, dark fruit, little liquorice, hop, notes of berries, grapefruit and medium bitter.

Brown color with tan head. Aroma is plums, chocolate, slightly roasty. Taste is plums, in a candy way (rumkugel, marzipan? something like that), some chocolate, full mouthfeel, boozy vineous finish. Fine-bubbled carbonation. Good!
