Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Klostergården Mellomveien Stout ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, light burnt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, roasted - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180921] 7-4-7-3-13

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Dark brown color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, dusty / earthy and a bit iron. Flavor is rather thin and uninspiring imo. Dusty again, a bit bland. Meh.

Borefts 2018. Day 1. Sampled draft. Thank you for sharing! Dark brown amber. Nose is too kitchen spices, leaves, bay leaves, powdery chocolate, meh, BE yeast,… Taste is dry kitchen spice, BE leaves, yeast, poor, dry leaves, BE, stale,… Thin powdery very weak.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is roast, chocolate, berries. Taste is roast, berries, raisins, a bit plummy, chocolate. Oily, almost watery mouthfeel with low carbonation.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Clear, dark brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee and licorice. Moderately sweet, gently roasty-bitter taste of dark chocolate, coffee and some licorice, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, earthy-dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
