Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass not too zippy, small head. Starts quite sourish with some woody notes. Light salty touch. Also some lemon hints. Finish milder, less sourish, a bit spicy. Interesting.

Nice smooth sour beginning. Easy to drink with wood and grain. Herbal leaves there, fruity mild body, easy to drink. refreshing sourness, moderate fruity with a nice herbal fruity grainy aftertaste. Nice.

On tap @Luppolo Statio (Rome). Ambrata, limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta, prugne, susine, leggero vinoso. In bocca è delicata, moderatamente acida. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Buona.

750ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Woody, leafy, vinous fruity and mildly funky aroma, hints of grapes, a mild bretty and lactic touch. Taste is mildly tart, woody, leafy, vinous fruity, mildly funky, minimally lactic, hints of grapes. Very harmonious, balanced - nice composition.
