On tap. Fruity apples, funky nose, wooden. Slighly vinegar. Quite good, but a little less intense than all other stuff around -

0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before March 2021, cellared for over a year. Almost clear, pale golden with a thin, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity, slightly funky and a bit woody aroma of ripe apples, wood, some sulphur and a touch of funk. Minimally sweetish, gently sour, very dry, fruity-funky taste of ripe apples, wood, some sulphur, light vinegar, hints of gooseberry and a touch of funk, followed by a short, gently tart, extremely woody-dry and slightly funky finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely rustic Cider, fairly dry and refreshing.

Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Very dry in the beginning. Lots of sulphur and tart apples. Very intense sour, lots of fruitiness there, Fruity dry tart apples. The barrique wood is there, woody tart sourness, very interesting and deep. Nice but intense sulphur-sour.
