From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 21.09.25. Translucent pale straw colour. Some white head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of wild apples, spontaneous fermentation, apple peel, acidity and sour redcurrants. Good!

Bottle at the Munich Ratebeer Christmas tasting Friday 17th December 2021. Pours crystal clear gold, looks fantastic. Quite a tart, light sour edge, dry, fruity, apples are quite a bit like a crab apple in terms zappy edge. Good.

Bottle. Clear gold with litte/no head. Soft, slightly sour-ish appley nose. Quite crisp and clear sour on the tongue, nice apple notes, you notice the hint of oak in the second half adding complexity.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with no head. Aroma is green and red apple funk, sulphur, vanilla, oak indeed. Taste is apple, leather, earthy, oaky, dry. Riesling-like mineraly bite, almost flat. Good stuff!
