ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wine, grapes, wood, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet pale, grapes, wood, grapes - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190928]

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 2. Clear pale golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste lightly lemon-ish, very dry and some kind of weird exotic fruit. Similar to yuzu.

Sampled at Borefts 2019, Saturday. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, grapes. Taste of sour apples, grapes, yellow fruits.

Tap. Clear golden color with hardly any head. Aroma is citrusy, yuzu-like (is this how a loquat smells like?). Taste is fresh exotic fruity, not too sweet, jammy, nice. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!

Clear pale blond beer, no head. Aroma: very sourish, funky, fruity, citrus notes, gooseberries, lemon peel. MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: little bitter, dry, some citrus, fruity, lots of berries, little metallic. Aftertaste: acidic, fruity, lemon juice, nice!

Draft at Borefts’19, day 2. Clear golden with no head. Aroma of lemon, tart fruits and light lactic notes. Flavour is light to moderate sour. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.
