Blunda och känn den svarta sammeten smeka. De mörka maltsorterna har rundats av med några nävar havre. Galena, Hallertau Brewers Gold och Centennialhumle friskar upp och överraskar.
En ”Stout” är ju ”aldrig fel”, men Kal dricker den gärna till sina skaldjur.

Bottle shared at tasting. Dark brown with little white head. Aroma is chocolate. Flavour chocolate and malt but way to thin and muted. Very disappointing for a Dugges beer.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, from Systembolaget) The beer poured black. Its head was small and almost white. Aroma had roastedness, cocoa and coffee. Palate was almost full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were roastedness, chocolate, mild sourness, ash, hint of sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, roasty and bitter. A pleasant beer with a taste that was a bit too much on the burnt side.

cloudy brown, sooth light brown head. nice roasted grains aroma, faint licorice. flavor is flowery, licorice, roasted grains.

Bottle, 5.0%. Muddy very dark brown colour. Small bubbly light brown head. The flavour is papery and roasted. A mild roasted note, black bread, some yeast. A late hoppy note of something grassy. A bit thin, but not bad.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a bubbly and off-white head. Aroma is dark roasted malt and fruity. Light spiced. Dark toffee malt, caramelish, sweet and roasted. Mild bitter and roasted malt flavoured. Ends crisp hoppy and roasted.

Bottled 500ml. -Murky dark brown coloured, medium sized beige head, chocolate and fruity nose. Roasted malt, chocolate and coffee with fruity and aromatic hoppy notes. Very smooth and easy -drinkable stout with rather sweet finish. Pleasant and nice oatmeal stout.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with a tan head. Coffee, chocolate and roasted malt in the aroma. Smooth and chocolatey taste with coffee and roasted malt also detected. Very tasty.

Pours a dark -as good as black- brown colour with a small, weak head. Chocolate and toffee aroma. Flavour is charcoal, ash, coffee and some sour notes. Looks dull but tastes pretty good.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours brown with a very shortlasting light head. Aroma of red berries and a hint of coffe. Rather porter like taste, light of rosted malt, hint of chocolate. This isn’t as smooth as I expect an oatmeal stout to be.
