At a tasting, thanks, very little bubbly head, hazy darkish yellow color, aroma of cough syruo and honey with some oxidation, light honey woody flavor with a hint of fruit. Not too good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks Lior D. Clear golden. Oxidation, fruitiness, a bit of vegetables, cardboard, sweetish, bitterish finish, light to medium-bodied.

Bottle at La Locanda del Grifo, Naples. Pours vey hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, yeast and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Quella che è rimasts nella bottiglia oro velata buona schiuma discreta persistenza leggermente speziata una lieve nota fruttata amaro medio lievito leggero erbaceo
