Bottle. Cloudy orange with s solid head. Aroma of bread yeast. Flavour is citrus hop, overripe fruit, yeast base.

Blond beer, small head. Aroma is malt, yeast, taste is the same, dough, sweet, bitter, ok.

Blonde belge appréciable, un peu passe partout et déséquilibrée par une légère acidité, nous ne sommes cependant par pour autant sur une bière inoubliable. Robre très appréciable d'un très joli blond dorée parfaitement limpide (EBC aux environs de 24) avec de très fines bulles donnant naissance à une mousse blanche d'1 cm d'épaisseur. Le nez se porte sur les céréales avec une petite pointe citronnée :relativement simple. L'attaque est fraîche, avec cette petite acidité pas forcément désagréable, mais également enrichie par une petite pointe épicée et des arômes fruités de poire et d'orange. La deuxième bouche n'est que légèrement plus douce avec cependant une arrière bouche pas assez équilibrée et qui manque de consistance. La troisième bouche par contre est plaisante, bien équilibrée et faisant davantage ressortit la complexité sur le fruit. Le final bien que long n'est pas assez abouti avec l'acidité un peu trop présente ne permettant pas de plénitude dans les arômes. L'alcool est également un peu faible. Bière intéressante en définitive mais trop linéaire.

Cloydy orange, big airy white head. Yeasty, malty aroma. Yeasty flavour, some malt and light estery notes. Some sweet citrus too. Nice but not that special.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of caramel and touches of flowers and hops. Sweetish flavour of fruit and malt, with touches of caramel and bitter, hoppy notes and hints of flowers. Surprisingly watery aftertaste, with some estery and bitterish hints. Decent but not top-notch.

F: huge, white, average retention. C: gold, hazy, non-transparent. A: malty, orange peels, spicy, honey, hay, floral hops, yeast, DMS. T: malty, yeasty, orange, grassy bitterness on the palate, herbal, metallic tones, medium body, soapy, good carbonation, good but nothing special, 330ml bottle from Spar in Poperinge.

Clear medium golden colour, large but loose foamy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma is malty, fruity, hay, coriander. Taste is medium sweet and bitter, with average duration, malty, citrusy, yeasty. Aftertaste is bittersweet, bit peppery, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, decent Blond.
