January 28, 2012 On tap @ wild turkey, clear amber color with small fine white head. Nose is herbal and flowery. Aroma has feelings of grapefruit, orange peel, ginger and lots of grassy hops. Alcohol is well masked behind. Taste is bitter with a pleasing long bitter finish. Body is light, dry, modest carbonation. Very nice and good.

Orange color. Grapefruit and earthy hops in the aroma. Earthy hopbitter flavor with grapefruit and red berries. Cascade hops, definitely. Grapefruit also in the long earthy, leathery aftertaste with a dry out effect. Hint of plastic. Well made.

330ml bottle from Ken Warne, Darlington. Golden amber colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of mellow citrus. Taste is sweetish, malt, caramel, alittle grain & biscuit, with blackcurrant, hoppy, earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry tangy bitter finish. OK.
