Trübe orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, fruchtiger, hopfiger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, fruchtig mit Pfirsich und Banane, würzig, hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Kräftig orange Farbe. Sehr würzig, leicht süßlicher Geruch. Der Geruch erklärt sich im Antrunk. Hier ist viel sehr aromatischer Hopfen drin. Trotzdem nicht zu bitter / trocken. Die Süße kommt im Mittelteil durch. Schön weich. Recht gehaltvoll – oft sind Biobiere etwas wässrig. Eines der besten hellen Bioweizen die ich bisher hatte.

Bottle, many thanks Geiserich! Hazy golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is peach, estery, yeasty, wheat, a little bit off in its fruitiness. Taste is peach, banana cream, milky, wheat. Milky mouthfeel with soft carbonation. A rather fruit-forward Weizen, tasty!

50cl bottle from a trade with Sebilinz, thanks! A hazy amber beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry phenolic fruits, esters, some clove. Taste of mid sweet banana, some clove, esters, okay!

Der Name sagt schon aus, dass es sich um ein Mühlviertler Bier handelt, einer biertechnisch sehr interessanten Gegend Österreichs. Das helle naturtrübe Weizenbier mit dem starken Hefe-Bodensatz ist ein feines, hopfiges sowie fruchtiges, Bier. Die Kohlensäure gibt ihm einen spritzigen Geschmack, der dies Aromen noch unterstreicht. EIn gutes Bier nicht nur für heiße Tage.

BB 05.03.2016. orange cloudy color. small off-white head. smells quite fruity, banana, some sweetness, banana split, other fruits. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes banana, yeasty, banana split / light chocolaty again, light spices, more exotic fruits. finishes with banana and some spices. rather unique and nice weizen.

Very inviting aroma of banana, vanilla, clove, orange, bread.
Taste is a bit lighter, with wheat, clove, banana, grains, subtle bitter hops.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes spicy, grainy, hoppy, a bit bitter, fruity.
Very nice. Although the taste isn’t as lovely as the nose, this is still a really enjoyable Weizen. Drinks very easy. One of the mentionable Weissbiers from Austria.

Bottle, many thanks to Geiserich. Hazy orange golden color with thick persistent white head. Fruity aroma with apricots, tropical fruits, banana, wheat, yeast. Nice fruity taste with cocktail from tropical fruits, banana, clove, wheat yeast. Very light hoppy bitterness in finish. Tasty.
