California, that is sun, energy, ideas, optimism, and that’s exactly what we were trying to put in our California. We hope you find all of it in there once you try it. Originally, it is based on the British Pale Ale, but the American version is zestier and foamier. We also added something Czech, so it is a US/CZ version.

Draft at Klub Malých Pivovarů. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and light dank hops. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Nubeerbar, Prague. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, light citrus fruits, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, fruity, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
