California, that is sun, energy, ideas, optimism, and that’s exactly what we were trying to put in our California. We hope you find all of it in there once you try it. Originally, it is based on the British Pale Ale, but the American version is zestier and foamier. We also added something Czech, so it is a US/CZ version.

Bottled. Deep golden colour with a small white head. aroma is floral, fruity, some herba and mild toffeeish tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toffeeish and mild herbal tones. Smooth and wellbalanced. Nice lingering bitterness.

750ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a white head. Orange, grapefruit, mango, pine and some slightly spicy and herbal notes in the aroma. Hoppy and faintly spicy taste with notes of orange, grapefruit, ginger and lemon.

0,4 l on tap at Kovadlina u Lazni. Pours yellow with dense lasting white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, stone fruit, pine, some citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Bitter fruity aftertaste. Nice.

750 ml bottle. Unclear golden, big fluffy head. Grassy hops, grapefruit, hay, grain, lemon peel, resin, pine, coriander, juniper. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness, some fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy bitter finish. A rather hoppy and grassy APA, very Bohemian, with even some Belgian Pale Alve vibes, very interesting!

500ml can SophiesBeerStore.co.uk. Pours a hazy golden yellow, large white head. Nice tropical fruit coming through on the nose. Crisp, on the palate, refreshing with a strong bitterness, big malt base with fruity citrus. Decent.
