RB backlog. Grains, cheesy yeast, floral hops, bubblegum. Medium sweetness, pearly carbonation takes over soon, dries up toward a lightly bitter finish. Grainy bitter finish with some unexpected warmth. Slick body, super pearly carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, thanks! Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, weak grainy nose. Malty, grainy, light honey and quite dry with touch of herbs and short bitterish finish. Rather average Austrian beer.

Bottle from the brewery. With Trolleo and Riba. Misty golden body. Aroma... Hmmm grain, dry maltand banana ester, almost muesli really. Nice, lean taste, grain and light banana. Dry finish. Miiild bitterness. Solid really. The banana presence is strange but hm, kinda well integrated and goes away soon. Otherwise clean and turns nicely drily grainy. Solid lager.

330 ml bottle from the brewery webshop.
Deep golden, hazy body, with a big, stable, frothy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of honey, sweet bread, flowers, citrus, some ripe fruits.
Taste with a very distinct sweet-herbal honey note, flowers, hay, bread, citrus, some herbs.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, quite dry, herbal, a bit grainy and with some honey.
Nice, fresh, floral Zwickel. There aren’t any ingredients printed on the bottle, but this really tastes like it had been brewed with honey to me, lots of notes that you can also find in a Mead.

bottle at home bought at the brewery online shop. nice amber almost clear color, light noticeable carbonation, small off-white head. light fruity, pines, light grainy, some sweetness, raisins, plums, light grapefruity, wow, very nice smell, not what I expect form a typcial Zwickl though. light to medium body, quite bubbly, a bit watery mouthfeel, some fruity notes, light grapefruity / orange, herbal, (light) grainy, light sweetness, some pines, light astringent, light yeasty, light plums, light glueish taste & feel. decent light bitter / herbal / light fruity finish. wow, lightly watery, overall rather complex but also quite delicate, so should be definitly consumed fresh. Definitly out of style though. But I like it.
