7-4-6-5-14 Bottle, five weeks after bottling. Pours clear light amber, with a big creamy head. Aroma is roasted pale malts with syrupy bread and heather, as well as herbal hops with grassy minerals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is bready malts with syrupy notes and heather, as well as herbal hops with grass and leafy minerals. On the sweet side, but just enough hops to balance everything. Extremely drinkable.
