Bottle picked up from Biervana and consumed at home Attenkirchen Thursday 30th May 2019 listening to W.H.Lung (we're playing this album a lot at the moment). Pours hazy, yellowy colour with a white head. Some tropical fruit as the description notes I can pick up a little mango, not papaya though. A touch dry at the finish. Very nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Die Bierothek', best before March 2020. A little hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, floral and slightly grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon peel, some passion fruit and a touch of grass. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, fairly fruity, quite grassy, juicy and slightly floral taste of lemon peel, pineapple, passion fruit and some grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. More juicy, fruity and grassy than its Hallertau sister, a really pleasant IPA!
