Thanks Fred for this can that we have shared together during the pumpkin soup. Regular and aromatic ipa, little side of sourness, dry malt, fruity with some tropical notes, citrus and a bit watery at the final,17.10.2020, at Epalinges.

Can. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Has the complementary NEIPA notes and that classic hazy appearance, but as juicy as I liked my NEIPA, if I liked it at the first place.

Can. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is pineapple, some floral, mild oaty and a bit grassy and herbal tones too. Flavour is fruity, some grapefruity and mild oaty and wooden tones with mild herbal elements. Refreshing and not overly sweet.

Very hazy bright yellow with a 2cm head receding medium quickly. Piney, earthy, slightly metallic on the nose. Not a huge presence. Nice up front taste in the mouth. Sweet, tart, mixed with the bitterness.. Medium to high carbonation that fits with the taste profile. Lemon and grapefruit, slight tropical fruits / pineapple. Nice lingering but not cloying finish. Well rounded and balanced beer. Tiny bit watery. Still good for a characterful but drinkable beer.

On tap at Crowbar. It's an unclear yellow colored beer topped by a firm, small white head. Citrusy, lightly piney aroma with hints of grass and a very light maltyness. Grapefruit, some orange. It's medium bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness. The flavor has a touch of pale malts in the back, with citrusy hops up front. Grapefruit mostly, but also some lemon and orange notes. Some pine cones and hints of grass too. Lasting hop forward finish. A quenching and refreshing one, nothing more. And nothing more expected. 190608

Hazy yellow with a foamy, white head. Aroma of pine, honey melon, lemongrass. Taste is bitter the whole way through, almost acrid at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Too bitter to really be refreshing. Lacks the juiciness of a really good neipa, but is not unpleasant.
