ABV: 3.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, floral - honey, light band-aid. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, wheat, fruity yeast, saison yeast, light floral - honey. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211022]

Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019 - day 2. As Easy Going Drink #3. Dorée/paille, col blanc. Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant, levure sauvage, qcq éléments fleuris, effet botanique, jardin et verger avec une petite note herbacé en retrait. Palais est funk léger et plaisant, rustique avec un apport fleuri délicat accompagné d'une petite touche de honey dew pour une effervescence moyenne-haute. Le tout sur un léger citronné et sec sur la fin.

Bottle. Pours a clear dull yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and funk with some grass and a bit of honey underlying. Flavor has honey, light fruits and oak with some hay and oak supporting.

BXL ‘19. Hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, vinous notes and brett funk. Flavour is above light sweet and sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
