On tap. Pours a clear light gold with light head. Aromas of stone fruit skin and toasted malts. Grainy flavors with a little apple and citrus. Pricey for low ABV easygoing drink.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle rustic saison yeast and cereal notes. Flavour is quite restrained, with clean saison yeast, grainy cereal notes and straw. Rustic and clean. Very nice for what it is.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a pale, clearish straw with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Light crackery malt, stone fruit, lemon zest, lime and grain husk with a touch of cantaloupe as it warms. Spritzy and light, but a touch thin and watery on the palate. Lingering lemon notes on the finish with some hay and mineral. Lowish carbonation.
