Bottle from het Biermoment, BB Aug 2016, large sample. Hazy amber color with loads of tiny debris, medium frothy head. Aroma has flowery hop, bit strawberry candy, some caramel. Medium bitter in taste, toffee. Bit dry, caramelly. Bit sharp in the finish indeed, but I like the flowery note combined with the caramel. Soft carbonation, medium body. Ok. Glad I read some other ratings after I did mine. Cant stop smelling weird stuff now, preferred my own original interpretation

Tap at NBF Delft. Murky light brown with big creamy beige head. Lemon and lime, toffee, sweet grains, light herbs, slight bitter vegetable notes but the nice syrupy sweet candy and toffee is balancing it nicely. Marmalade and some yeast too. Over medium bodied with very creamy carbonation.

Cloudy orange amber colour, good frothy beige head, diminishing slowly, heavy lacing. Aroma is malts, biscuit, red fruit, barnyard, rotten leaves. Taste is medium sweet and bitter, very malty, toffee. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is bittersweet, woody, herbal notes, dry finish. All in all a strange brew but tasty.

Bottle shared. Poured a murky medium brown with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is rich fruity malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with an alcoholic bitter, light woody citrus hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lots of alcohol which really dominated the beer.

33cl bottle from Mitra Enschede. Thick off white head. Cloudy amver pour. Nice bitterness. Tastes like a barley wine crossed with an ipa.
