Double IPA hopped with cashmere, nelson, citra, & mosaic.
Looking for a DIPA that switches it up? VERY VARIED combines nelson + citra + cashmere + mosaic with a unique British yeast for a multilayered mix of bright orange rind, canned peach, and tropical fruit roll-up, balanced by a softly textured body.
Tasting Notes: cashmere, unique yeast, nelson

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy yellow with a lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of mellow, ripe peach, pineapple, yellow nectarine, lychee, yoghurt, cheese. Taste is medium fruity sweet, juicy peach, nectarine & pineapple, thick doughy & yoghurty malts, sourish zesty lemon underneath, some bitter mandarin rind & stonefruit. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, a bit dank, lingering ripe yellow fruit. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable variation indeed.

MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit resinous up front, fruity notes, lots of tropical fruits, a little sweet, nice bitterness, some citrus, bit lemony. Aftertaste: bit reisnous, lots of dank hops, nice bitterness, bit fruity, some grapefruit, orange peel, bit of a hop burn in the end, more citrus, very nice, love it!

Alright but not tons of character. Green onion and some mango. Orange peel. Murky orange with ok head. Sweet end with some hop tang. Tap at Aslin Anniversary.

Delicious DIPA, unexpectedly dank and resinous, with a bright grapefruit and pineapple middle underlined by chive and earth. Finishes with a mild bitterness and a lingering herbal weediness. Nice pint.

Draft at Bearded Iris. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Huge dank nose with fresh cut pineapple, mango and light pine. Clean and crisp on the palate with the abv hidden super well. More orange, grapefruit, mango & dank all over the palate. A little sweet, but the bitterness is there and it drinks closer to 6%. Lingering piney bitterness and dank on the finish.
