12 fl oz clear bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and malty. Toasted malty. Dry cornish and grassy finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Neutral aroma, a little corn perhaps. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel, brewing cereal, absolutely no hops. Inoffensive and close to flavourless. 071112

On draught at Margaritaville (when in Rome...). The beer is a clear yellow color with a medium fizzy white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of mild hops and grainy malt. Light body with flavors of mildly bitter grassy hops and pale malt. The finish is short and lightly hopped. It is what it is.

Drank from a bottle offered at a family get-together. Cannot miss that bright gold in the clear bottle. A sweet variation of the adjunct/corn standard beer. I might drink it again if no other beer was available, but maybe not.

Bottle from the local store. Clear yellow/gold with a small white head, some lacing. Sweet corn, some citrus and honey. Much sweeter than I would have thought it would be. Drinkable

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of cereal and skunk. Taste is light bitter and light sweet. Grains and skunk. Light bodied with a thin watery texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, I’ve had worse, but this one is pretty bad too.

June 2010: My clear 12 oz bottle was only 3,2% ABV not the 4.7% one, mine was bought in Utah! My wife and I had spent the day hiking in Bryce Canyon and we stopped at Ruby’s Inn to get some supplies, this fell into my basket (along with a few other brews). This was the first beer of a mini session: sat outside our motel room in bright sunshine I cracked the beer. Pale golden colour, straw blonde if you like. The white head left lacing on the plastic toothbrush cups I poured the beer into. A weak grainy/wheaty smell tried to make an impression, but failed. The taste was typical lagerish and refreshing. This isn’t a world beating lager by any standards, but it was an ideal thirst quencher.

This was the last beer I tasted at the end of the Brew’s Best Beer Fest in Henderson, NV. It was slightly hazy golden with a little white cap. Aromas of mild grain. The mouthfeel had a sticky sweet feeling and a bit watery. The taste is again on the sweet grain side. A pretty decent lager, which surprised me the next day when I found out it was made by AB.

12 oz. bottle. Pale mass market beer color. Slightly skunky smell from the clear glass bottle stuck in a case under florescent lights. First taste has a note of candy. Still, like many AB beers, I can at least pick out a note of hops. But then that odd, sweet candy note returns.
