Got a 6-pack of this one at Walgreens in Vegas. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a fizzy warm cap that disappears quickly and leaves not much lace. Smells like pumpkin purΓ©e at first, but then the spices come out (cinnamon, nutmeg). Same for taste with just a little sourness, and less spices. Seems like a decent brew for those who prefer more pumpkin than spices.

The flavor's a mess though. Disjointed spices and cinnamon with a watery malty base. Feel kind of numbs the tongue

Bottle. It’s an unclear, golden beer with a small, dense, off white head. Pale malts, generic fruityness and a faint spiced hint in the aroma. The flavor is lightly spiced, but mostly fruity and malty. Medium body, low but pleasant carbonation level. Quite decent, easy drinkable. 130906

Amber color, medium sized creamy head. Mild aroma of biscuits (the spices probably). Simple flavor, some simple caramel and easy spices. Simple final too, correct bitterness.
Another boring pumpkin beer.

Location: 12 oz bottle, 11/4/12

Aroma: The aroma has pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and some caramel malts
Appearance: The pour is a dark orange-caramel color with a small, wispy white head
Flavor: The taste has less pumpkin spice/nutmeg then the nose, and more of a vegetal type flavor
Palate: The body is light-medium, the carbonation is lively, and it finishes a touch off and a little dry
Overall Impression: I'm pretty surprised I've never rated this one before, as I know I have definitely had it in years past. Anyway, as for the beer, it isn't a bad one, but the flavor doesn't live up to the promise of the nose. This is not really close to a top-of-style Pumpkin beer.

Bodega: Pours clear amber with quickly dissipating head. Aroma is generic amber ale with light pumpkin spice.Taste is somewhat sweet. Body is very light. Taste is also kind of thin. Beer is watery. This be meh. Easy to drink, but that is where the positive traits end.

Pours orange into a Sam glass. Crackling cola head quickly recedes to remarkably skim surface. Sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin and clove aromas. Dry with sweet pumpkin upfront that quickly turns rancid in the lasting finish. Wish there was more of the aroma in the finish.

12 oz bottle into English pint. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a fast disappearing head. Has a faint pumpkin pie aroma--should be more prounounced. Taste is sweet and sour with no bitterness. Has pumpkin pie flavor, but not as much as the best examples of the style. It’s like a pale lager with faint pumpkin pie spices thrown in. Medium-high carbonation, light-bodied. Definitely one of the worst pumpkin beers I’ve ever had.
