Bottled. A murky amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, and over ripe fruits, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Herbal, hoppy aroma. Rich body, loads of sweet malts and caramel with quite some intense hops. Rich body, sweet caramel, herbal hops and quite some alcohol in the finish. Not the most sophisticated DIPA but enjoyable. 030612

Draft at GTMW pre party at Maduro. Murky orange-browbn, frothy off-white head. Pleasant resinous hop aroma. Somewhat watery body, but full of citrus melon hop tones. Orange, pine, rather mellow in some respects...oily and brutally resinous in others. An awesome IIPA, rather subdued.

tap - Pours hazy orange and has an aroma of resinous hops with a little citrus. There’s a big, bitter hops flavor as expected with some sweet malt to support it. Medium to full bodied, the choice of hops makes for an interesting take on the style. Works very well!

Sample at Bodega. The beer pours a hazy brown-amber color with a medium frothy light beige head that diminishes steadily. Rings of lacing. Aroma of hops, pineapple and bready malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and caramel malt. The finish is sweet and fruity. Pretty good overall.

Draft at Crunchy’s, East Lansing. Hazy deep orange-brown body, thick puffy cream head. Bitter grassy, soapy hops nose with hints of toasted sugars. Bitter body with tannic leafy, spicy hops and light toasty malts and a sweet peachiness that develops with warmth. Bitter finish with ashy fall leaves. Pretty good, but one snifter is enough.
