12 oz. bottle, pours clear orangey amber with an off-white head. Aroma of muted pumpkin and nutmeg. Flavour of roasted pumpkin, nutmeg and some coriander. Decent.

Pours clear orangish color with off white head. Aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is nothing like the aroma. Not very good. Medium body with average carbonation.

Has a spicy, earthy nose to it with a decent amount of caramel to soften it out. Flavor is full of spice, malts, and pumpkin. Has a thin, carbonated body. Pretty decent pumpkin brew.

not one of the best pumpkin ales out there, and along with Brooklyn’s octoberfest as being a dissapointment in a brewer that is usually better than this, not up to par. Medium aroma and appearance, looking like a macro version of an ale, like bud’s american ale, same carbonation and flavor that is neither imaginative nor distinct. Not a bad session beer in the autumn that will appeal to the masses, but not great for the descerning beer drinker.

Clear copper body with a fleeting white head. Pumpkin fruit aroma. The smell of the inside of a freshly carved Jack-O-Lantern. Lightly tart and tangy. Some spice, some fruit. Needs more body and flavor.

Bottle at Saint-Ex. Staff recommendation. Clear copper color, medium off white head. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavor has lots of malt, light spice, and a bitter finish. Interesting, but not great. It was the best pumpkin ale of the entire evening, however.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a glass. Pours orange with a medium head that dissapates quickly. Some lacing and nice carbonation. Taste is pumpkin, nutmeg, some hops, and a little cinnamon.

24th May 2008. Dry semi sweet malty beer with well integrated pumpkin fruitiness. Spice is subtle which gives it an edge on a lot of other pupkin beers!

(Draught) Amber colour with light haziness. Quite large head with white colour. Malts and spices in aroma. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Malts, spices, hops, bitterness and lightly sweetness in taste. Spices, bitterness and malts in aftertaste. I am rather suprised how much I liked this one.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear copper with a medium frothy off white head that leaves good spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin. Thin mouthfeel and a bit watery on the palate. The taste is a spicy pumpkin flavor with wheat and nutmeg. Not too much going on with this one.
