It’s the season for fresh hops and as the 4th edition of our IPA series, our brewers knew they needed to find a mix that would deliver on an assaulting-ly juicy, dank aroma, and taste. We added hops everywhere but the boil in this hazy yellow brew. Breathe it all in as floral, fruity, pineapple from the Hallertau Blanc, earthy, blueberry, blossoms from the Mosaic, and citrus, gooseberry, lychee from the Citra transport you to warmer longer days of summer past.

A low white head on a murky golden straw body. The nose punches with grapefruit hops, sweet malt and a touch of pepper. This looks like a new fangle North East IPA, and it has some of it's characteristics, but it is as much a hoppy west coaster. Fresh and juicy fruit tastes from the mosaic and citra hops lead with grapefruit and pineapple. Tropical elements are there as well in a well balanced and refreshing package.

Hazy orange pour, huge off white head. Aroma is loaded with lychee, and mango, with some nice pineapple and juicy citrus zest. A great north Eastern style ipa, but a little on the dank side. Lots of juicy tropical fruit, medium bitterness, really awesome stuff.

21 August 2021. At Gents Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Jerre & the Ghent beer crew! Hazy yellow, thin, white head. Aroma of pineapple, yellow grapefruit, mango, lychee, peach. Taste has sweet peach, pineapple & lychee, sourish tangerine over bready maltiness. Floral hoppy finish, bit piney, perfumey with constant grapefruit & tangerine. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Flawless, classic IPA.

Pours a hazy amber from a can. Bit of a shelf turd, canned October 2017. Lychee, papaya aroma and flavor, a little soapy ends with a bitter finish. Good beer.

473ml can. Pours a murky orange-gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Dank, sweet fruity aroma of orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, melon, floral and pine with faint caramel malt hiding in the background. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, guava, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, orange, tangerine and melon with a dry finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and easy drinking.

Very nice IPA, fruit-forward and bright with a bracing hop bitterness backed up by a modest semisweet malt core. Mango, berries, pineapple, soap, pine, grapefruit, and earth all sit atop a soft bed of caramel and biscuit, while the finish amps up the floral-pine notes, leading to a firm, oily fade. Pours a hazed yellow-gold with a thick white head and ample lace. Berry, bubblegum, and sweat on the nose. Creamy palate is pitch-perfect. Very nice pint.
