On tap at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam. Cloudy gold beer with a good white head. Semi dry and semi crisp palate. Sweet and slightly sour yeasty malt. Traces of banana, cream and minerals. Sweetish finish. Fresh.

[9/25/10] Draught at the brewpub in Amsterdam. Hazy golden with a white head.. Aroma of fruit esters. Sweetish flavor with yeast, a bit of malt sweetness, fruit esters and some spiciness towards the drier finish. Medium-bodied.

Draught at de Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam on 19th March 2010. Gold with thick creamy lacing head. Strong malt notes in this weißbier. Toffee and molasses. A citric kick follows with a sweet and sour finish delivered on a rich, creamy, but still lively mouthfeel.

Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Malty aroma with plenty of yeast, spices and fruity hints. Flavour was soft with yeast, malt, hops, hints of coriander and fruits. Finished dry.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, apricot, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091031]
