Draught @ Blind Tiger, Manhattan (Aug 2023). Opaque dark brown with a very small frothy beige head that quickly flops down to a ring, coffee-peanut aroma, low carbonation, mildly sweet peanut coffee taste, thin smooth body, long coffee-peanut finish. Smooth and tasty.

Weldwerks Evil Pastry Factory Stout Pastry Milk Stout 6.5% Deep motor oil black with a luscious rusty brown head of foam. The aroma is a touch mild but the flavor packs a wallop of adjuncts, peanuts, dark chocolate, soy, roasty notes.it is a touch too syrupy sweet but has loads of flavor.

Can shared at Andrew's b-day bash. A lot going on in this one. Maple and chocolate malt aromas dominate the nose. Vanilla on the palate with more chocolate brownies and vanilla cream. Super sweet...as it warms the peanut butter comes out as well. Oily and slick on the palate with that weird lactose thing going on. Maple is nice though. --- Beer merged from original tick of Evil Pastry Stout Factory on 16 Sep 2018 at 14:08 - Score: 8
