A twist on our beloved Fort, Fruit-Full Fort is brewed with four types of berries - Raspberry, Blackberry, Boysenberry and Elderberry! This juicy blend of dark berries creates depth and complexity reminiscent of a jammy red wine.
Along with adding a boatload of more berries this time around, we also punched up the malt bill with Munich malt to provide a firm backbone. The result provides balance to the tart flavors of a very berry blend.
Dark maroon in color, Fruit-Full Fort is swirling with notes of velvety cherry and berry sweetness for a full-bodied - and full-flavor - experience!
Admin Note: ABV is listed between 15% - 18%.

Deep maroon with a fleeting, foamy head. Big, fruity aroma thatβs a bit vinous, reminiscent of sherry or port wine, plus a big helping of berry jam and caramel. Taste is sweet and warming, followed immediately by a dry and only slightly tart bitterness. Warm, alcoholic finish. Quite potentβIβm regretting having started this on my own. No sign of the ABV on the bottle! Body is thick and chewy. Overall, a quite decent dessert beer.

Lots of berries here - I can pick out the raspberry especially. Pours murky maroon with loads of fruit sediment. Boozy and sweet finish, but not excessive in either angle like a foul ball. Tap at brewery.

Wow, this beer blows my mind. Either im a lush or the alcohol is hidden extremely well! There is a bit of alcohol heat on the finish that leaves a warm feeling in my esophagus. This pour looks like a flat cola and smells both malty and all the muddled fruits it contains. Not super familiar with boysenberry and elderberry, but can detect the raspberry and blackberry. Reminiscent of a wine in the viscosity. This beer is perfect for a friday night after a hectic work week!

06/15/18, fake vintage, please fix superduperusers! Nose of infected barleywine, booze and fruits and unnatural feelings galore. Plum gasoline, grape steel reserve. Feels like this is what milk of the poppy would smell and taste like.

Huge, enormous, massive...and sweet. So sweet. Berry notes are jammy and luscious, but the underlying molasses and licorice grow cloy and overwhelming. Just too much Fort. Boozy as shit, too, even for 18%.

Sample at Arizona Strong Beer Festival 2019. Hazy copper with a small head. Aroma and taste of berries, oak, malt and some bourbon. The body was full and the finish with warming alcohol. Indeed a strong beer.

Tap at City Tap House, Boston. Color is murky reddish light brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Ripe fruits, berries, red berries, some black berries, harshness, booze and malts. Very heavy and... can't say I like this one.

Pours a ruddy reddish-brown color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of dark fruit, butterscotch and earthy yeast. Full-bodied with flavors of berry jam, toffee, malt and yeast. The finish is boozy berries and butterscotch. Pretty good all around.
