This AMERICAN PALE ALE is packed with juicy CITRA hops to give it its characteristic medley of tropical fruit flavours and aromas like papaya, mango and passion fruit. We fermented it on “US West Coast” yeast to make the aroma pop.

Bottle pours with minimal head, heavy carbonation, foggy copper-gold body so whatevs. Aroma is all hops, sharp hops, sweet hops, grapefruit, lemon juice, lime, sour and sweet and alls of it all; yet the flavour is a mixed and subdued affair of malt and some soft hops. I guess that makes it a "pale ale" as opposed to an IPA but there’s not a whole deal of a lot goin’ on here, drinkable for sure but not memorable. What beer was this again? Oh yeah. So there it is.

Bottle at Amsterdam Craft Beer Festival. Very hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, really nice citra coming out in this one, some light fruity notes and a hint of malt behind. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with a juicy hop palate and soft carbonation.

At Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Clear, dark golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly resiny aroma of mango, orange jam and some pine. Sweetish, fruity and slightly resiny taste of mango, orange jam and some pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
