0.33 l bottle from 'Biermuda', bottled in June 2016. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, dense, almost stable, white head. Faint, sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of quince, peach, some lemon and a touch of hay. Slightly sweetish, moderately sour, a bit fruity taste of rhubarb, lemon, some peach and traces of hay, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Medium body, pretty smooth, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Easily drinkable, refreshing, not really complex though. A nice entry-level Sour Ale.
