Bottle btw this says 5%, perhaps worthy of a separate entry? I picked this up from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Consumed at home Sunday 31st October 2021 listening to W.H.Lung - Vanities. Dark, we had a Lasagna with Mushrooms and Red Peppers. Pours dark gold edging towards amber, in fact it's more amber than gold, white head atop. Malty with a light metallic bite, a little caramel, it's a chewy number. Okay and perhaps better than expected, slight dryness at end.

Bottle online from Beersofeurope. Label says 5.8% abv. Pours a clear golden colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of grains, bread and honey. Taste has added notes of toasty bread. Medium body with a smooth oily mouthfeel. Nice one.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 25th Jul 2021. Drank at home on Boxing day 2020. Bright, clean and clear golden body, fast fading white head. Malty and semi-sweet from the off, I like the sweeter beers, so this was fine with me. Subtle winter herbal notes creep in as the beer warms a little.

Deep gold with a frothy white head that fails to linger. Grainy aroma that feels both uninspired and stale. Taste has unremarkable grainy and herbal bitterness the whole way through, though there’s a touch of honey at the end. That’s about as complicated as this one gets. Body to the light side of medium, relatively mild carbonation. Drinkable in a pinch.

A golden beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has maltyness, some grass, sweetness of honey. Taste has smooth maltyness, also sweetness, honey. Medium bodied. Nothing special here, but easy to drink.
