0,5 bottle.A nice, branded bottle with a Christmas label. There was a thin head on the beer, which was a darker golden color, crystal clear. Hop-spicy aromas, on a faint malt base, not as much caramel maltiness as in some other German Christmas beers. Taste, body: medium wateriness and fullness. Hops on a sour base, sweet malt flavors in the background. You can also feel hop bitterness, which is not a problem. Otherwise, it doesn't have many flaws, but it's not a big "bang", I expected more...

Márkahű szép csatos üveg, karácsonyi címkével. Vékony hab volt a sörön, ami sötétebb arany színű, kristály-tiszta. Komlós-fűszeres illatok, halvány malátás alapon, nem érződik annyi karamellmalátásság mint némely más német karácsonyi sörben. Íz,test: közepes vizesség, és teltség. Savanykás alapon komlós, háttérben édeskés malátás ízek. Érezni komlókeserűt is, ami nem is baj. Egyébként nincs sok hibája, de nem nagy "durranás", többet vártam...

Yellow, going towards amber with a good 2 cm head. Usual noble Hoppines on the nose: earthy, grassy, slight lemon. Typical helles, nothing superior about it. Medium carbonation, slight bit sweeter than a normal helles with accompanying slight higher than average maltiness. Absolute run of the mill helles that the Germans love congratulating themselves about. Well balanced and drinkable but that's it.

Golden amber, nice head but vanishing fast. Full nose, a bit mineral perhaps. Flavor is a bit of caramel and decent hop bitterness. Lacking complexity and a bit of refinement. Flavor power a bit disappointing for a Märzen.
