Bottle. Hints of citrus and grass in the aroma. Citrus, grass and floral notes in the moderately hopbitter flavor. Buttery notes in the background. Czech in character, including the hint of diacetyl.

Bottle from the brewery. Light haze, yellow amber, lemony earthy aroma. Taste is IPA-like hop forward, very dry with a lasting bitterness. Just a hint of malt/grain flavor. I find it not very balanced, exactly what I don't like... But if the grapefruit peel astringent bitterness is your thing then it's up that alley.

330 ml bottle. Unclear yellow, medium foamy head. Grapefruit, tangerine, very grassy, some pine, herbal and metallic notes. Bitter taste. Medium bodied, creamy texture, metallic bitter finish.

Bottle at Naiv. Unfiltered Pilsner. Cloudy golden color with a high, fine head. Grassy, herbal, nicely hoppy nose, with honey and bread malts. Herbal, bready flavor, a bit sweet, with a very bitter finish. A bit yeasty. Good, full bodied, and tasty. This is a fun, “craft-style” unfiltered, new-hop pils.

Leicht eingetrübt goldfarben mit weißer, feinporiger Schaumkrone. Intensiv frischer, hopfiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, fruchtig mit Citrus und Grapefruit, zunehmend trocken, schwach getreidig. Leichte Süße mit mittlerer bis hoher Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

Pours gold from the bottle with a big, frothy, sticky white head. Aroma is floral with hints of honey and lemon. Taste is mildly bitter, picking up in intensity at the finish. Body is medium, the brew has a nice creamy texture. Overall okay, but failed to hold my interest.
