Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is malty with piney hops, caramel, some Soraci bubblegum, orange, notes of tangerine and marmalade. Flavour is sweetish with a medium bitterness. Body is medium. Not very fruity, but fits the oldskool malt/pine IPA revival phase I'm going through.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a slightly hazy, deep amber with a lacing, off-white head. Slight biscuit and toffee in the nose, but hardly any hops. Medium body, some sweet caramel with an immensely bitter finish. A very old school IPA that is all about the IBUs and not about hop aroma. 201124

Bottle picked up from Globus Getrankemarkt Plattling and consumed at home Tuesday 3rd October 2023 after a walk to Gasthof zum Sonnenwald at Schöfweg, cooking Chicken and Chorizo Lasagna tonight, listening to Slowdive - Everything is Alive. Pours copper in colour with a fast disappearing white head, fruity and resinous IPA with an impressive bitterness. I don't get the mango or pineapple, I pick up more grapefruit. But it's a decent IPA regardless.

Amber with a creamy head that lingers. Aroma is something like a mix of caramel and papaya, but has low fruitiness for the style. Taste is bitter the whole way through with lingering resin. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Uninteresting.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber with a fluffy beige coloured head. Caramel, toffee, herbal hoppy notes, resin, pine, lemon zest, cherry. Hoppy zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, hoppy bittersweet finish. Nice straightforward West Coast IPA.
