Neun Sude und über ein Jahr Entwicklung haben wir uns Zeit genommen, bis unsere Braumeister mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden waren: ein goldgelbes Kellerbier, gebraut im historischen Dreimaischverfahren und mit fruchtigem Hopfenaroma und einer feinen Malznote. Das ursprüngliche Brauverfahren und der bewusste Verzicht auf moderne Filtration sind es, die unser Zwickl so vollmundig und dabei herrlich süffig machen. Das angenehm fruchtige, wenig herbe Hopfenaroma verdankt unser Zwickl dem Einsatz von feinstem Hersbrucker Hopfen.

A decent and ok zwickl.
Hazed golden color with a fine thick white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Mellow malty, wort and fresh herbal flavor.

40 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Trinkgut, Kleve. Hazy yellow with a white head. Grainy aroma with some yeast. Sweet taste with some hops. Nice fresh lager.

On tap at Braukunst Live. Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grainy malt with herbal hops and DMS. Dry grainy flavour with herbal hops and a medium bitterness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Hazy yellow, white head. Graininess, lager yeast, bread, some citrus, herbal hops, nice bitterish finish, quite light-bodied. Pretty nice and refreshing.
