Named best cider in North America in 2016, our Cid Rosé is a glamorous product that would never have seen the light of day if Jeannette the crow had continued to enjoy it. The Dolgo crabapple was uniquely appreciated by crows before we transformed it. By macerating its skin, a distinct and artful product was born and we are very proud of it!

355ml bottle. Very pale pinkish orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, fruity, berry hint with some barnyard notes. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fleshy, tart with some fruity berry and light horseblanket funk. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur rosée translucide, mousse blanche évanescente. Arôme de pommette, pelure de pomme, levure? Goût de pomme surette, acidité moyenne, cœur et pelure de pomme, sucré sans trop l'être. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Pour at Shelton Brothers. Light berry aromas, bright and juicy nose. Sweet on the palate, good carbonation with a dry, fruit-forward finish. Interesting blended cider. Very light for the abv.

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a clear rose gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong apple skin, pear, oak. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, nice sweetness, crisp, very good.

A pinkish pink like cider with active bubbles, champagne like. In aroma, light smooth apples, with light berry notes. in mouth, tart sweet apples, light cranberries, not bad. On tap at Vices et Versa, June 16, 2012.

Draft. Bright reddish gold color. Aroma of tart apple skins and subtle citrus. Taste is dry, slightly tart, nice character. Very good.

Aroma of soft apple notes but little else. Has no head, but as the name suggests, it does have a nice dark pink body. Flavour is a decent sweet apple flavour; dry finish. It’s an okay cider, made only slightly better by its unique colour.

5% at Dieu du Ciel. Mild apple aroma. Slightly pink colour. The flavour is sweet and tastes of real apples. Has some good acid, but it does not balance off the sweetness totally.
