(Draught at Stone World Bistro & Gardens, Berlin, 19 July 2018) Pale amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with dried apricots, orange peel, yeast and herbs. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of citrus, apricots, juniper berries, spices (sage, rosemary), yeast and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite spicy and herbal, still in good balance. Nice one.

On tap at Stone Tap Room, Berlin. Hazy golden with a large head. Aroma of juniper, malt and hints of licorice. The same in the taste. Some warming alcohol in the finish.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-07 getrunken. Dieses goldene Ale wurde mit Wacholder, Kümmel und Salbei gebraut. Interessante Mischung aber ohne das eine der Zutaten deutlich den Geschmack des Bieres dominiert. Es ist eine interessente Kombination mit angenehmen Hopfennote. Der höhere Alkoholgehalt gibt dem Ale einen schönen festen Körper.
