Clausthaler presents yet another non-alcoholic beer innovation: Clausthaler Unfiltered. The pioneer’s latest innovation combines the craft beer technique of dry- hopping, where a special kind of savory hops is added to the brew after fermentation, with the historic German Zwickel tradition of unfiltered brewing. The result is a rich, naturally brew with crisp bitter notes, a touch of sweet malt, and a golden color.
Mit Liebe zum Detail meisterlich gebraut, entfaltet dieses hefetrübe Meisterbier ein vollmundiges Aroma, das seinesgleichen sucht. Nicht nur unter den Alkoholfreien. Unsere Braumeister bei Clausthaler setzen hierfür auf ein traditionelles Verfahren: Beim Kalthopfen wird dem abgekühlten Bier nach dem Brauvorgang Hopfen zugesetzt – so kann das Bier die empfindlichen Aromastoffe der Pflanze aufnehmen. Für einen einzigartigen Geschmack verwendet Clausthaler dabei den Cascade Edelhopfen, der mit seinen fruchtig-floralen Aromen und frischen Zitrusnoten auch unter Craft-Beer-Brauern beliebt ist.

For thr style, it is a good one, better than a lot of Spanish beers free of alcool, you find only in some supermarkets in Sevilla, 30.10.2017, purchased at the Alcampo Sevilla, drinking it in the Cerro del aguila, in our rented house

Bottle from the dry drinker. Pours clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of light sweet wort. Taste is sweet, faintest orange and herb. Sweet finish.

Golden med hvitt skum som legger seg langs kanten. Søt fruktig Aroma med hint av sitrus. Mild smak av frukt, litt syrlig ettersmak med hint av lime. Noe bitter i ettersmak.

29/6/2021. Bottle from WiseBartender.co.uk. As Clausthaler Unfiltered. Pours clear dark golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus, grass, touch of cardboard and veggie worty notes. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Light body, oily watery texture, average carbonation. Some metallic bitterness to finish. Nicer than the original.

Bottle picked up from Edeka Stein Park, Freising and consumed at home, Friday 4th June 2021 sat outside with our lunch. Pours hazy amber with large white head. Mostly cereal on the nose a little metallic edge and a hint of citrus. Taste has a light sweetness, steady but light touch of bitterness and a background fruity tang with a little citrussy edge. It's actually one of the better alcohol free beers that I have had.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with large white head. Aroma is grain, malt, cereal, maize and lime zest. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is watery with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, grain, cereal, sugar, and lemon.

500 ml bottle. Unclear amber, big fluffy head. Fruity malty notes, NA typical notes, hoppy citrus notes. NA sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Good for what it is.
