500ml Bottle - Brown with a foamy head. Caramel and herbal hops in the aroma. The taste is very bitter notes with typically Polish notes of herbs, citrus and spice. Some caramel can be detected too.

Very hazy deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly dry and it has light fine carbonation. Airy malts, light creamy sweetness and some toffee. Soft hop skunk, mildly bitter. Mild pine. Juicy marmalade and orange peel. A nice light level of hop spice runs throughout. Smooth finish. Nice one. Somewhat old fashioned perhaps, but you need a contrast to all the light super fruity DIPAs around at the moment.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 3, split with 77ships. Trouble orange, col fin beige. Arôme au nez offrant un houblonné bien fruité - citronné et diverses agrumes avec un petit rétro plaisant de pin qui apporte une belle élégance en fin de bouche. Malt reste plutôt discret et balancé. Palais est pâle, caramel, le tout est bien houblonné, un peu de houblons huileux, effet de pin, citronnelle, herbacé avec une touche de menthe. Impression, cependant, de yaourt fermenté.Le tout se termine avec une sensation de thé vert en infusion.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Quite hazy to murky fox amber, little tanned head. Nose is oddly strawberry, sugar, malt, sweet. Taste is milky yeast, bit cheesy, honey, candy, caramel malts, strawberry note is largely missing. Body is thicker malt. Interesting, very malt heavy for a DIPA, not really on point but offers some interesting malty & sweeter notes.
