It's back to the future with this East Coast IPA. Classic dank and hoppy 90's Americana. Citrus and resin on the nose, accelerating into piney citrus notes, perfectly balanced by the biscuity caramel character. Culminating in a bitter finish. This is beer like it was, beer like it will be.

Can from Dranken Geers, Oostakker. Pours clear amber with a lasting, small, unstable, frothy, off-white head; some lacing. Aroma of pink grapefruit peel, red bell pepper, fried onion, toast, apple cake, pear, ripe mango, biscuit, pine resin. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple & pear on a biscuity malty base, leading to a medium hoppy bitter middle with bell pepper, fried onion & pink grapefruit, a bit toasty, piney & peppery. Dry, piney & resinous hoppy finish, lingering biscuit & caramel even, mango & grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy to soft carbonation. Rich & assertive (American) IPA, biscuity maltiness gives it more balance & drinkability.
