On tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy golden amber, small head, slightly salty-sour nose. The flavor is delicate, lemon and coriander. Not as overwhelming as some other extreme Gose I've had previously. Nice and refreshing!

Bottle in the evening sun, 14th June 22. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is salty, light aromatic, minerals. Taste is mild, light salt and minerals, touch of sour, very light, aromatic, a little floral. Really pleasant and quite different, feels authentic

Bottle. Pours golden orange. Nearly no carbonation, flat. Flavor very strong burnt grassy cardboard. Taste: Neither salty nor sour. Weird; guessing this is not what its supposed to be. Looking forward to rerate it one day.

330ml bottle. Hazy yellow with a big, fizzy white head. Lemon and biscuit aroma, flavour is sour lemon with some sweetness for balance. Not getting much of the salt is expect but it's lovely anyway

Bit opaque pale gold, some white head. Smell is dry, some straw, lightly coriander. Light, refreshing and crisp body. Taste is a bit tart, but more on the sweet side. Something citrussy and a bit floral. Tasty, but too sweet for me. Summery though.

Cloudy yellow beer, white head. Tart zesty aroma. Flavour has a sharpness up front but some sweet citrus too. A little grassy hop in there. Simple but fresh flavours. A nice balance of tart and sweet, very refreshing. Not an eye-opener but veeery drinkable.
