A mild peppery citrus nose. The taste is solid American IPA - grapefruit, lemon and orange hop notes, sweet malt and touches of pepper and soap. A little astringent in the finish, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Copper pour, medium white head. Pine resin Aroma, wet paper, some minerals and hints of grass. Light citrus, medium mouth feel, medium carb. Finish is clean, medium bitterness, more pine resins. Pretty straight forward, but not awful.

Can 473ml from LCBO (31/01/2019) Pale amber colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Piney, sweet fruity (mango, persimmon) even a bit juicy aroma. Medium-bodied, crisp. Flavour matches to aroma: sweetish juicy tropical fruits with some pineyness. Pale malty backbone. Well-brewed, clean and solid.

Pours a clean golden-amber colour with soapy warm cap, good retention and lacing. Smells like an IPA with the hops giving citrus juices and zest. The taste has a little pine action with a dry finish. Lots of citrus again. Mild haze at last pour. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but just like a regular IPA should be. I like.
