This saison ale was brewed at the request of Dave Mustaine, lead singer of heavy metal band Megadeth. It uses a dry hopping technique and, to date, has the lowest alcohol content of any Unibroue beer.

À Tout le Monde Ale honours the mutual passions and friendship of Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine and Unibroue’s Brewmaster Jerry Vietz.

Very herbal, notes if basil and white pepper, hints of lemon zest and fresh grass. Nice mouth feel, very effervescent. Clean herbal finish, with light yeasty and herbal notes. By far the best novelty beer I’ve had.

Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Unibroue yeast, light spice, simple, decent.

Bottle. Clear copper pour wit a big sudsy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is medium in strength with classic Belgian yeasts. The taste, likewise, showcased Belgian style yeast strains, straw, grass, bit of white pepper and thyme. The palate seemed a trad thin to me. Finished short and dry. Overall: a decent saison, but nothing special either.

Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops,citrus and yeast,mild herbs and corn,nice and easy to drik.

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish orange gold with a finger of off-white foam that lingers. Farmyard focused nose with some horseblanket, hay and light floral aromas. Fine bubbled carbonation with more floral notes, dried lemon and horseblanket on the finish. Crisp and clean finish.

Broght golden color and a small white head. Restrained nose, a little funky. Lite body, taste is fruity, tart, crisp with a little yeasty finish.

341 ml bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy orange colour with a lasting white cap. Fruity aroma with citrus, yeasts, spices - coriander and cloves. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Better than the AC/DC Lager but not performing as well as the Metallica Pils. Same goes with the music....
